Privacy notice (free school-selection consultation)
Version 2026-10-10-chat1
What we record
- Your whole conversation with the school-selection assistant. The first message of the chat tells you this.
- The profile the assistant draws from the chat: where you live, current degree and major, grades, English test scores, budget, target countries and fields, intake and career plans. It is read back to you first and saved as your profile only after you confirm.
- The school-selection results generated from that profile, and, if you book the paid report, the email address you give for the booking.
- Where you came from: link parameters (
src,utm_*) and the referring page. - We do not collect phone numbers, ID numbers, transcripts or CV files; please don't send them in the chat. Your IP address is used briefly in memory for abuse protection and usage limits and is not stored. This site uses no third-party analytics, ad trackers or third-party form services.
Why
Only for this consultation: to understand your situation, give you school-selection results, and handle a report booking if you ask for one. The chat is processed by an AI model: your messages pass through our own model gateway to the Xiaomi MiMo model API. All school information in the results comes from our compilation of official university websites, and the model is never given any other student's information.
Delete at any time
Say "delete my data" in the chat (in any language), or press "Delete my data" under the chat box. We immediately delete the conversation, the profile drawn from it, the results, any booking, and anything in our statistics that could be linked to you, and confirm this in the chat. The copy on our model gateway is cleared within minutes. You can also email dengyicun@gizzai.com to request deletion or access.
How long we keep it
Conversations and profiles you haven't deleted are permanently deleted automatically 90 days after the chat started, including the model-gateway copy. System backups roll off within a further 14 days. Data is stored on servers in mainland China.
Paid report
The paid school-selection report is booking-only for now; no payment is taken. Reports are reviewed and signed off by a human adviser before delivery.
No selling, no marketing
We do not sell your information, use it for marketing, or pass it to third parties for marketing. Apart from the following service providers that process data on our behalf, it is not shared with any third party:
- Alibaba Cloud: server hosting, data storage and email delivery (DirectMail)
- Xiaomi MiMo model API: processing the chat
